LTA aims to better utilise existing bus camera video footages to support new applications that can expand our detection capabilities and improve safety and operational response time, while reaping resource efficiencies. These include detection of traffic violations, defects for infrastructures, road work non-compliances, on-site analysis of bus operations. LTA is also open to alternative solutions such as the use of participant's existing infrastructure or the use of non-camera based systems.
