Republic of the Philippines Province of Palawan Municipality of Narra INVITATION TO BID 1. The Municipal Government of Narra, through Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 ONLY (PHP 538,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOP AND DESKTOP COMPUTER WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES FOR INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF MANAGED VOICE SOLUTION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF 911 LOCAL CALL CENTER IN NARRA, PALAWAN Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Narra now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOP AND DESKTOP COMPUTER WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES FOR INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF MANAGED VOICE SOLUTION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF 911 LOCAL CALL CENTER IN NARRA, PALAWAN Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Narra and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting Monday, October 05, 2026 from the BAC Secretariat, General Services Office, Municipal Compound, Brgy. Poblacion, Narra, Palawan and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand pesos only (PHP 1,000.00). 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
