INVITATION TO BID The City Government of Tagum, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered suppliers to submit bids for the procurement of goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Mankilam, Tagum City PR No.:100-26-09-02326 ABC: 1,451,159.00 Source of Fund: General Fund 2026 Instructions to bidders and other details of the items for procurement together with the Bid Forms are available starting from date published at PhilGEPS to October 9, 2026 until 5:00 PM with charge as per Annex “A” of GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012 – Approving and Adopting the Guidelines on the Sale of Bidding Documents. Dropping of sealed bids shall be until October 12, 2026 5:00 PM together with a bid security equivalent to 2% for CASH BOND or MANAGER’S/CASHIER’S CHECK based on the TOTAL AMOUNT of the APPROVED BUDGET of the items and Opening of Bids will be on October 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The criteria for bid evaluation are based on the lowest calculated bid (LCB) and awarded by lot.
