Purchase and Installation of Communication Equipment for Disaster Surveillance and Rescue Operations

1. The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, through the (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos only (1,499,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Purchase and Installation of Communication Equipment for Disaster Surveillance and Rescue Operations”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas now invites bids for “Purchase and Installation of Communication Equipment for Disaster Surveillance and Rescue Operations”. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days contract duration. Bidders should have completed, at least [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from MPDC Office at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5.
