The Candelaria Water District reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents. 5. Partial delivery shall be subject to the approval of the Procuring Entity. 6. Payment shall be made within 3 months after complete delivery, inspection, acceptance, and submission of complete documentary requirements, subject to existing government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 7. The Candelaria Water District reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, waive any minor defects therein, or declare the procurement a failure should it be in the best interest of the Procuring Entity. Submission of Quotations Interested suppliers shall submit their duly signed quotations together with the required documentary and technical requirements on or before the deadline on October 01, 2026 at 2:00PM specified in the Request for Quotation. Poblacion Candelaria, Quezon All quotations submitted through electronic mail shall be in PDF format, signed by the supplier or its authorized representative, and accompanied by the required supporting documents. The date and time reflected in the electronic mail received by the Candelaria Water District shall be the official basis for determining whether the quotation was submitted on or before the prescribed deadline. Quotations received after the deadline shall not be accepted. Eligibility Documents Interested suppliers shall submit the following: • Mayor's/Business Permit or equivalent registration document; • PhilGEPS Registration Number; • Latest Income/Business Tax Return; • Omnibus Sworn Statement, if applicable; • Duly accomplished and signed Price Quotation.
