INVITATION TO BID FOR (PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT) CONTRACT NO. 2026-MARIIS-DIII-RPIS-02 LOT 2: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF, AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR OF THE SYSTEM INDUSTRIAL BATTERY WITH CHARGER AND UNITIZED MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCH GEAR FOR PS2 1 - MAIN PANEL 5 - PUMP PANEL 1 - LOW VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER 1 - LOW VOLTAGE PANEL BOARD The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA)3 intends to apply the sum of Ninety Six Million Pesos Only (Php 96,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-MARIIS-DIII-RPIS-02; LOT 2: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF, AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR OF THE SYSTEM INDUSTRIAL BATTERY WITH CHARGER AND UNITIZED MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCH GEAR FOR PS2 1 - MAIN PANEL 5 - PUMP PANEL 1 - LOW VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER 1 - LOW VOLTAGE PANEL BOARD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office now invites bids for LOT 2: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF, AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR OF THE SYSTEM INDUSTRIAL BATTERY WITH CHARGER AND UNITIZED MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCH GEAR FOR PS2 1 - MAIN PANEL 5 - PUMP PANEL 1 - LOW VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER 1 - LOW VOLTAGE PANEL BOARD located at Burgos, Isabela.4 Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days only. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
