The bidder provides a well tought and thorough interpretation of the TOR, and also provides a well structured and detailed methodology. Beside having the strong points of their technical proposal, their financial proposal is the most technically qualified and offered the most competitive price. Therefore, it is recommended to award the contract to BALAI BESAR TEKNOLOGI KONVERSI ENERGI, BADAN PENGKAJIAN PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI with the total amount of IDR 1,009,980,000 or equivalent to USD 71,997 (UNORE August 2019 – $1 = IDR 14,028).
