Invitation to Bid for Construction of Water System, Barangay Sibonga, Kadingilan, Bukidnon 1) The Bukidnon Second District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos and 98/100 (Php 4,949,948.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26KB0171. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Bukidnon Second District Engineering Office now invites bids for Construction of Water System, Barangay Sibonga Retaining and Intake Structures from spring water with complete accessories including Well Driller’s Accreditation; Installation of pipe network conveyance system from deep well source to the barangay site using a total of 300 m (240 m – 50 mm dia. (outer), 60 m – 40 mm dia. (outer) HDPE ISO SDR 11 PN = 232 Psi, PE 100); Construction of Perimeter Fence with gate, 4-units solar lights for Solar Panel Field including Power House and Solar Panel Pedestals; Installation of 16 sets of PV Bifacial Monocrystalline Solar Panels (650W) to power proposed 3HP Solar Submersible Pump and Motor with 2 units-51.2V, 314 AH Lithium Ion Batteries Water Quality Testing, and Water Permit Application. Completion of the Works is required 210 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further from Bukidnon Second District Engineering Office-BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at Pinamaloy, Don Carlos, Bukidnon during weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on July 15 to August 05, 2026, until 8:30 AM from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 5,000.00.
